With more than 25 years’ experience across mechanical, structural and civil disciplines, Michael brings deep project engineering expertise to his role as Managing Director. He provides strategic direction and technical leadership across Quantum’s multidisciplinary teams.

With over 25 years’ experience in E&I engineering, Raj specialises in power systems and controls across the oil and gas and mining sectors in Australia, Africa and India. He provides technical leadership and project direction across Quantum’s engineering team.

Matthew Johnston

Civil Lead

Bachelor of Engineering (Civil and Construction Engineering) · EA Member

With a strong track record across the transport, mining and infrastructure sectors, Matthew specialises in roads, earthworks and drainage design, from feasibility through to detailed design. He manages project deliverables end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders and subconsultants to deliver major infrastructure projects.
